Feliberto Pereira is pastor of Ebenezer Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and executive director of Southwest Good Samaritan Ministries, both of Los Fresnos, Texas. Founded in 1985 to assist asylum seekers from Central America and elsewhere, the organization has helped thousands of asylum seekers request refugee status from the U.S. government.
